and use of a small barbeque area.
-All guests receive daily maid service and free coverd

-Alarm clocks, irons, and hair dryers are available upon

-Only approved, small pets are allowed.
-Generally, no visiting in rooms is acceptable.

Oceanview Rooms offer a spacious unit with modern design
and
a stunning ocean/beach view. Also includes a kitchenette
area with
its own sink, large-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster,
coffeemaker,
and dining area. Guests have a choice of a King size bed
or two
double beds, and each unit has a couch or lounge chair.

Deluxe rooms are
the same spacious rooms as above except that they
are not directly facing the ocean/beach. Some rooms do
offer a
partial ocean/beach view.
These rooms have 2 double beds.

Standard rooms are
more affordable. These smaller size rooms offer a choice
of either one Queen or King size bed. There is no kitchenette
area, however, each room contains a small-size refrigerator.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellation of reservations
must be made at least 14 days before the arrival date.
No refunds for late cancellations, early departures or
after check-in.
DURING SPRING BREAK (March 1 - April 15), all guests must
be age 25 and up, and a security deposit may be required.
RATES are subject to change during holidays and special
events.
